Add Altora Hub to your phone as an app
Altora Hub is a web app: no app store required. Add the page to your home screen and get your own icon, a full-screen view without a browser bar, and the same fast access as a native app.
Android (Chrome)
- 1Open altora-hub in Google Chrome on your device.
- 2Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
- 3Choose 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.
- 4Confirm with 'Install' — the icon now sits with your apps.
Don't see 'Install app'? Reload the page once or use Chrome instead of another browser.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- 1Open the site in Safari (does not work in Chrome on iPhone).
- 2Tap the share icon at the bottom (square with an arrow pointing up).
- 3Scroll and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.
- 4Give it the name Altora Hub and tap 'Add'.
On iOS only Safari can add a web app to the home screen.
What do you get after installing?
- Your own icon on your home screen, opening full screen.
- You stay signed in, ideal for checklists and the flight logbook on-site.
- Weather, geo-zones and sync still require an internet connection in the field.
